Note: This is the announcement for users in FY2025. Those for new users in FY2025 will be announced in a separate letter.
First of all, we apologize for the delay in the announcement of the renewal application.
We will accept renewal applications during the following period. If you want to continue using the system with the same user number in FY2025, please finish the renewal application by its deadline.
From April 8th, 2025, 10:00 to April 25th, 2025, 15:00

〇Important notice on Cloud Storage (Nextcloud)
Regardless of your renewal application, you may continue using Nextcloud until April 25th, 2025, 15:00, which is the deadline for the renewal application.
〇Service schedule in FY2025 under the new system
After finishing your renewal application, you can use the following services, however, some of the following services require the application for the additional service, whose details will be announced later.
User Portal:
From April 8th, 2025, 10:00
Supercomputer system:
From July 1st, 2025 (planned)
Application Server:
From July 1st, 2025 (planned)
Download Service (Mathematica):
From April 8th, 2025, 10:00
Research Cloud:
From July 1st, 2025 (planned)
Cloud Storage (Nextcloud):
From April 1st, 2025; no suspension period (also please check the above notice)
Large Format Printer:
From April 8th, 2025, 10:00
Note: first, please visit the office (2nd floor, North Building of the Center) and understand that time will be required for the procedure due to the system update.
