Note: This is the announcement for users in FY2025.
Renewal Application for FY2026 will be accepted during the following period.
If you want to continue using the system with the same user number in FY2026, please complete the renewal application by its deadline.
Renewal Application Period: From February 17th, 2026, 14:00 to March 26th, 2026, 15:00

Important Note
Data for user number that do not submit renewal applications will be inaccessible after April 1, 2026.
Please back up any necessary data before the service terminates at 15:00 on Thursday, March 26, 2026.

Grace Period: April 1 (Wednesday) – April 10 (Friday), 2026
Users who were unable to submit a renewal application during the regular application period are requested to complete the required procedures during the grace period.
