Author's Guidelines

The official language of the international conference is English. Authors are requested to submit the manuscript to the US-Japan Workshop 2009 Secretariat as early as possible, but not later than 31 August, 2009. The proceedings will be published and made available to all delegates at the workshop.

 
Instructions for Full Paper Preparation

To assist authors in preparing manuscripts to the standard required, we have made a paper template. Please note that the instructions are intended to give consistency of style and format. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in your paper being returned and a delay in publication.

Instructions for Submission

The final Paper should be submitted electronically, both in Word and in pdf file via email to::

n-masaki@eng.hokudai.ac.jp

If your file is too large to send by email, please click here to upload your file

ATTENTION!.
Please DO NOT forget to type in "US-Japan Workshop 2009" and your name in the "Subject" column.
Please clarify your name, organization and at least a part of your paper title in the "Enter message" column. The message must not exceed 100 characters.
Your file size must not exceed 100MB.
Please send an email message to n-masaki@eng.hokudai.ac.jp to notify your uploading.
If you fail to follow any of the above instruction, your paper may not be received.
